Sausage and smoked ham

During the long and cold winters of the Southern Hungarian Great Plains, home slaughtering of well fed pigs is still a tradition and certified small farmers offer their products:
The delicious Hungarian kolbas sausages, the smoked ham, the cracklings, the Lardo and the smoked head meat are specialities of the region.
