Homoki Lodge Nature Quest Resort Rules and Regulations

Online check-In, Onboarding and Check-Out:
Online Check-in is possible 30 days prior to your arrival. Onboarding is only possible after completed online check-in. Earliest time for onboarding is from 2:00 pm, and check-out time is until 10:00 am. Early onboarding and late check-outs are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
Arrival:
There is no pysical reception at Homoki Lodge, if you need personal help with the online check-in please arrange an appointment, charges may okur. 
Reservation Policy:
A valid government-issued photo ID is required at online check-in.
Cancellation Policy:
Guests must adhere to the cancellation policy specified at the time of booking to avoid charges. This policy may vary based on the type of reservation.
Payment:
All major credit cards are accepted. Credit card payments are processed via Stripe or MyPos online terminal.
Cash payments may require a valid credit card on file.
Payments can be payed via Bank transfers on request.
OTP and MNB SZÉP Kártya payments are possible via the providers webpage.
Payment for the entire stay, including taxes and fees, is required at check-in.
Payments for booked extra services have to be cash or payed online by a provided payment link prior the utilisation.
Age Requirement:
Guests must be at least 18 years old to check in without a parent or legal guardian.
Guests must be at least 14 years old to check in, because Homoki Lodge Nature Quest Resort has limited stays to adult only persons
Occupancy Limits:
The maximum occupancy for each room type is 2 guests. Additional charges may apply for extra guests.
Quiet Hours:
Quiet hours are observed from 10 pm to 7 am. Please be considerate of other guests during this period.
No Smoking Policy:
Smoking is strictly prohibited in all indoor areas. Designated smoking areas are provided. A cleaning fee will be charged for smoking in non-smoking areas.
Pet Policy:
Pets are allowed by following the pet policy stated at the website and in the online guest advisor application.
Damages and Theft:
Guests are responsible for any damages to the property or its contents. Missing items will be charged at the replacement cost.
Guest Conduct:
Disruptive or unlawful behaviour will not be tolerated. Guests may be asked to leave without a refund if their conduct is deemed unacceptable.
Non-booked facility policy:
Entering non-rented accommodations and using its facilities is prohibited. Non-compliance with the rule may incur extra charges.
Facility Access:
Certain areas or amenities may have restricted access or specific hours. Please adhere to the details and guidelines in the online guest advisor application.
Lost and Found:

Emergency Procedures:

Compliance with Laws:
Guests must comply with all local, state, and federal laws. Any illegal activities will be reported to the authorities.
