Conclusion of the contract
The contract between the guest and Homoki Lodge – Nature Quest Resort shall be applicable on receipt of written confirmation of the reservation, whether this has been sent by letter or e-mail. The services provided are based on the content description on our website.
Terms of payment
General cancellation policy: Cancellations for Flexrate up to 3 days prior arrival are free of charge and can be made via email. Cancellations for Flexrate within 3 days prior arrival date are due in the amount of the first night. Homoki Lodge – Nature Quest Resort recommends that you take out a travel cancellation insurance, for example through your local insurer or credit card travel insurance. Homoki Lodge is not liable to refund payments in case of national or international emergencies, travel restrictions, major epidemics or pandemics, nuclear fallout, electricla balack-out, natural disasters, riots or war. If the required booking amount will not be settled within the due date.
Cancellation policy for nonrefundable rates: Non-refundable rates are 100% due at time of the booking and are not refundable. Homoki Lodge – Nature Quest Resort recommends that you take out a travel cancellation insurance, for example through your local insurer or credit card travel insurance.Homoki Lodge is not liable to refund payments in case ofnational or international emergencies, travel restrictions, major epidemics or pandemics, nuclear fallout, electricla balack-out, natural disasters, riots or war. If the required booking amount will not be settled within the due date Homoki Lodge is entitled to cancel the booking.

Fully due at time of the booking and is not refundable.
Due amount can be settled by credit/debit card, bank transfer or OTP/MKB Szép kártya.
Base Rate 40% of the reservation must be paid at the latest at the time of booking by credit card, bank transfer or OTP/MKB Szép card. Handling charges in case of cancellation 10% 30 days before arrival. 40% from 29 days before arrival. Final payment 60% on arrival.

Description
Full prepayment is required prior arrival. Your credit card will be charged or bank transfer has to be received 3 days before arrival or immediately after reservation according to your rate. Room rates include VAT, but exclude tourist tax.
Pets are welcome, please check pet policy at the webpage. Self catering for food and drinks is not allowed at the property of Homoki Lodge.
Homoki Lodge accommodations are strictly non-smoking. In case of smoking in the room there is a charge based on EUR 300 (daily HUF MNB conversion rate) for the special odour removal.
In the event of a complaint please notify Homoki Lodge – Nature Quest Resort , so that any problems, faults or errors can be resolved as quickly as possible. In all other respects, Hungarian law shall apply. Exclusive jurisdiction is the county of Csongràd / city of Szeged.

If you arrive after 7pm, you are asked to inform Homoki Lodge in advance.
Early check-in and late check-out is subject to availability and is due to extra charge. Please contact our staff directly (welcome@homokilodge.com)
Compliance of arrival and departure dates and checkin times are the responsibility of the guests. In case of late arrival, whether due to disturbances in public or private transport, or for personal reasons, the full room-price is payable. In the event of premature departure, the entire amount is also payable.
Pet Policy
At Homoki Lodge, we understand that your dog is just as much a part of the family as other members. We’re thrilled to be a pet-friendly at Homoki Lodge and welcome dogs and pets up to 30 Kg in select rooms. In order to ensure that all of our visitors have an enjoyable stay, we ask that guests traveling with their four-legged friends sign our pet policy upon check-in. Other kind of pets can be hosted in some of the accommodation’s on request. A non-refundable accomodation fee of HUF 19.900 /dog will be charged upon check-in for post-departure room cleaning. This fee only covers the first three days of each stay and that a HUF 3000 per night/pet fee also applies for extended stays thereafter.

Groups up to 30 persons are welcome.
